The applicant needs to know that the company is serious about hiring him.And you need to put his needs and interests at the top of the letter. If you wrote the letter too fast, it will look like you are trying to give the interviewer's the short end of the stick. Make yo ur letter to be very concise.If you need a job application in a hurry, then it would be very helpful if you can add a personal anecdote or two. Maybe a little poetry or a joke can brighten up the face of someone waiting for an interview. Sometimes, even a simple quip can do the trick.I believe it would be very helpful to have at least two letters of recommendation on a job application. It shows that you are serious about getting the job and having a resume cover letter written.It is a must that you highlight the points that the company wants to know from the letter. Also, in the letter, you need to emphasize that you have done research about the company and are ready to prove yourself. If you work in a medical office, then you should highlight that you can help people.
